Welcome to BD Exotics LLC  (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services—whether renting a vehicle or purchasing a dog—you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a vehicle and at least 21 years old to purchase a dog from us. By using our services, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements.

1.2. Payment
All payments must be made in full at the time of transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing partners.

1.3. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

 

2. VEHICLE RENTAL TERMS

2.1. Rental Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (must be active and unrestricted).
   

• Proof of insurance
   

• Security deposit is required.

• Booking fee is required.

2.2. Rental Period and Returns
Vehicles must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may incur additional fees.

2.3. Damage and Liability
You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rental vehicle during your rental period. A vehicle inspection will be conducted before and after your rental.

2.4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our vehicles for illegal purposes, racing, towing, or off-road driving unless specifically authorized in writing.

2.5. Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as at the start of the rental. Refueling charges may apply otherwise.

 

3. DOG PURCHASE TERMS

3.1. Health and Vaccinations
All dogs are vet-checked, vaccinated, and come with a health record. We provide documentation upon purchase.

3.2. Refunds and Returns
We guarantee that all dogs are vet-checked and in good health at the time of sale. If a licensed veterinarian determines the dog has a serious congenital or contagious condition within 7 calendar days of purchase, you must notify us and provide official veterinary documentation. Dog purchases are generally non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs.

3.3. Animal Welfare Agreement
You agree to provide humane treatment, proper nutrition, medical care, and safe shelter for the dog.

3.4. Breed Accuracy and Size Estimates
We provide breed information and size estimates in good faith, but make no guarantees regarding final size, temperament, or health beyond documented vet checks.

3.5. Rehoming Clause
If you can no longer care for the dog, we may assist in rehoming but we do not buy dogs back. A surrender fee may apply to help cover temporary care and rehoming efforts.

 

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or the behavior/health of dogs after purchase. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

 

5. PRIVACY

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this use.

 

6. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.
