Rental FAQs

1. What are your business hours?

We are open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM for customer service, vehicle pickups, and drop-offs.

2. When can customers book rentals?

Online booking is available 24/7. However, vehicle pickups and drop-offs must be done during business hours (9 AM -- 7 PM).

3. How far in advance do I need to book a rental?

You can book as little as 1 hour before your rental time, based on vehicle availability.

4. How long is a car unavailable between rentals?

There is a 4-hour buffer between bookings to allow for maintenance and detailing.

5. What is the maximum rental period?

Customers can book rentals for up to 10 days.

6. What are the rental requirements?

To rent a vehicle, you must have:

  • A valid driver's license

  • Valid insurance

  • A $700 deposit

  • A $100 non-refundable booking fee (applied to rental cost)

  • Two-day minimum rental

7. Is the booking fee refundable?

No, the $100 booking fee is non-refundable, but it will be applied to your total rental cost.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Zelle.

9. Car I rent a car if I'm under 25?

Please contact us directly to discuss age requirements, as they may vary by vehicle.

10. Do the rentals come with unlimited miles?

No, each rental comes with 250 miles included. Each additional mile is $1.25 extra.
