REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing BD Exotics LLC for your car rental and dog purchasing needs. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while recognizing the nature of our services.

1. VEHICLE RENTAL RETURNS

1.1. Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will result in a forfeited deposit in the amount of $100.

1.2. Early Returns

No refunds are provided for early returns unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
A rental credit may be issued for future use at the discretion of BD Exotics LLC.

1.3. Rental Issues

If you experience a mechanical issue or dissatisfaction with your rental:

2.1. All Sales Are Final

Due to health and safety considerations, dog purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in specific cases outlined below.

2.2. Health Guarantee

We guarantee that all dogs are vet-checked and in good health at the time of sale.

If a licensed veterinarian determines the dog has a serious congenital or contagious condition within 7 calendar days of purchase:

You must notify us and provide official veterinary documentation.
Transportation costs are not covered.
We do not offer replacement dogs or partial refunds. Each case will be reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis.

2.3. Return for Rehoming (Not Refund)

If you are unable to keep the dog for personal or financial reasons:

We may assist in rehoming the dog, but we do not buy dogs back.
A surrender fee may apply to help cover temporary care and rehoming efforts

3. EXCEPTIONS

Certain exceptions may apply in unique or unforeseen circumstances. We aim to handle such situations with fairness and empathy. Please contact us to discuss your specific concern.
